★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atencion y deberian instalar un toldo o sobra para que las personas no esten expuestos a Sol haciendo filas. Ya varios adultos mayores fueron afectados por las altas temperaturas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus cajeros no sirven? no lee la tarjeta de servicio, se tragan las monedas, de 3 cajeros solo funciona 1 o 2, el cajero jamás me cobro cuando intente pagar con tarjeta porque se quedo pasmado muy mal y eso que según apenas remodelaron
Their ATMs don't work? they don't read the service card, they swallow the coins, out of 3 ATMs only 1 or 2 work, the ATM never charged me when I tried to pay with a card because he was stunned very badly and that according to what they just remodeled

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo por qué la mayoría de las personas que trabajan en estos lugares están tan amargados. Pareciera que les va uno a pedir regalado o a pedir algún tipo de favor!! Cuando no se dan cuenta que los que pagamos por el servicio somos los usuarios y merecemos un trato más digno y respetuoso, también hay que aclarar que algunos usuarios son groseros y por justos pagan pecadores!! Pero en fin así nuestro mexico!!
I don't understand why most of the people who work in these places are so bitter. It seems that one is going to ask them for a gift or to ask for some kind of favor!! When they do not realize that those of us who pay for the service are the users and deserve a more dignified and respectful treatment, we must also clarify that some users are rude and sinners pay for the just! But anyway our Mexico!

La gente que allí atiende piensa que le hacen un favor a uno iniciando por los vigilantes y las recepcionistas igualadas. Abusan de ser un monopolio. Sus cajeros automáticos no aceptan los nuevos billetes de $500 y nunca tienen papel para dar recibos. Ojalá hubiera otra opción.
Of the worst. Far from being a world-class company as they usually claim. The people who attend there think that they are doing you a favor by starting with the guards and the equal receptionists. They abuse being a monopoly. Their ATMs don't accept the new $500 bills and they never have paper to give receipts. I wish there was another option.
