★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí al CAT Santa Anna a hacer un reporte personalmente para dar seguimiento a mi primero del día de ayer ya que por teléfono no fui atendido después de 40 minutos esperando sin éxito a que alguien me contestara.
Lejos de recibir una atención amable, empática y con disposición para resolver problemas, me encontré con la actitud grosera del Sr. Víctor Canales, sin uniforme y sin identificación institucional, a quien se refirieron como el Encargado de ese CAT y a quien califico como PÉSIMO colaborador de CFE.
Señores de CFE, deberían escoger y capacitar mejor al personal que le da la cara al público, les recuerdo que "EL CLIENTE SIEMPRE TIENE LA RAZÓN"... O no es una empresa de clase mundial???
 Today I went to CAT Santa Anna to make a personal report to follow up on my first one yesterday since I was not attended by phone after 40 minutes waiting without success for someone to answer me.
Far from receiving kind, empathetic attention and a willingness to solve problems, I found the rude attitude of Mr. Víctor Canales, without a uniform and without institutional identification, whom they referred to as the Manager of that CAT and whom I qualify as a LOYAL collaborator of CFE.
Gentlemen of CFE, you should better choose and train the personnel who face the public, I remind you that "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" ... Or is it not a world-class company ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio espero pronto cierren este lugar o en todo caso se queden solo los cajeros, desde seguridad hasta el gerente son prepotentes no saben lo que es ser un servidor publico, las mujeres sin educación, se ve que no están preparadas, dudo mucho tengan la primaria, es una lastima que nuestros sueldos y recursos se vayan a manos de esta gente sin un gramo de educación.
Terrible service I hope they will close this place soon or in any case only the cashiers will be left, from security to the manager they are arrogant they do not know what it is to be a public servant, women without education, it is seen that they are not prepared, I doubt they have the primary school, it is a shame that our salaries and resources go to these people without an ounce of education.
