★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con los cajeros automáticos es más fácil puedes ir a cualquier hora a pagar tú recibo en cuestión de efectivo hay que estar conscientes de que los cajeros no reciben billetes en mal estado, ya tienen la opción de pagar con tarjeta también eso es muy bueno, el estacionamiento algo pequeño.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la atención al público es rápida y amable. Sin embargo si hace falta más personal para atender a los clientes. Los cajeros automáticos facilitan el pago de los recibos. El estacionamiento es pequeño pero así como se llena rápido así también se desocupa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago a tiempo y aun asi cortan el.suministro. pero eso si uno tiene que pagar reconeccion por que los muy ineptos no revisan bien su sistema. En lo personal el personal de campo son incopetentes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Para un cambio de propietario sólo hay una persona atendiendo, en los requisitos piden el RFC cuando en realidad se refieren a la constancia de situación fiscal. Nosotros fuimos el 31 de mayo, la constancia que llevamos era del mes de abril y no la hicieron válida, dijeron que tenía que ser del mismo mes en que se estaba realizando el trámite, volvemos a ir a las oficinas el día 1 de junio y nos comentan que los primeros días del mes no hacen contratos porque el sistema se está actualizado, siendo que eso lo pudieron haber comentado el mismo día 31 que estuvimos en las oficinas. Esta información hasta la pudiera haber dado a conocer la persona que está a cargo de permitir la entrada al establecimiento y no perder tiempo esperando un turno para que nos digan que "Hoy no se puede".
