★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Saben su error y me dicen que no pueden corregirlo que debo llamar al 071 y en ese número me mandan de nuevo a esa oficina y no me pudieron dar solución a un cargo duplicado error de ellos.
Bad attention. They know their error and they tell me that they can not correct it, that I should call 071 and in that number they send me back to that office and they could not give me a solution to a duplicate error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a pedir informes sobre un trámite, tome nota y fui a cubrir los requisitos que me pedían, cuando regresé semanas después me dijeron que la información y la documentación que tenía no era y me dieron otra información completamente diferente. No saben atender y los servidores públicos no se ponen de acuerdo en los requisitos, pésimo te hacen perder tiempo valioso.
I went to ask for reports on a procedure, I took note and I went to meet the requirements that were asked of me, when I returned weeks later they told me that the information and documentation I had was not and they gave me completely different information. They do not know how to attend and the public servants do not agree on the requirements, lousy they waste valuable time.
