Terrible service, they have numbers to communicate when something happens or fails and they are always busy or out of the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo meses metiendo reporte porque todo el tiempo se va la luz, nunca tengo luz y los recibos llegan de $300 en adelante, y siempre que se mete el reporte nos dicen que irán en 24 horas y nunca van, ya estoy harta de estar esperando, brindan el peor servicio

Las tres empleadas que estaban dijeron que no tenían sistema para no atender a nadie por pura flojera, el policía (amable) me pasó de todas maneras y no les quedó de otra más que atenderme (de mala manera y sin resolver absolutamente nada), buscaré un medio para poner una queja.
Terrible service and attention, even worse than the typical government office. The three employees who were there said that they had no system to not attend to anyone out of sheer laziness, the (friendly) policeman happened to me anyway and they had no choice but to serve me (in a bad way and without solving anything at all), I will look a means of making a complaint.

Siempre es lo mismo al pagar mis servicios y pedir informes: el personal de "seguridad" con el celular, las "secretarías" (ejecutivos) colocándose crema en las manos y en el cel ( cubículo 2). Cierran Antes de la hora destinada y como los ciudadanos exigían el respeto de su tiempo decidieron quitarlo. Ja ja ja ...

Terrible service, rude and slow.
It is always the same when paying for my services and requesting information: the "security" personnel with the cell phone, the "secretaries" (executives) putting cream on their hands and in the cell (cubicle 2). They close before the appointed time and as the citizens demanded respect for their time, they decided to remove it. LOL ...
