Regularmente no sirven los cajeros automáticos para el pago, y suerte si les toca realizar algún trámite o aclaración ya que el personal está muy poco calificado además de ser muy groceros y prepotentes.

Si vas ha realizar tramite administrativo, ten mucha mucha paciencia y mas en temporada de pandemia. Se recomienda ir temprano, así no agarras a las empleadas en sus diablos. Solo hay una muchacha que la verdad mis respetos en atenciones ( la que esta al mero final, no digo su nombre por obviedad) pero muy bien ella

No dan información completa y dan largas a los procesos. La primera ves que fui me pidieron unos documentos para un contrato de luz. Fui y me atendio otra persona resulta que me faltaban mas cosas volví a ir 3 dias despues me toco otra persona resulta que me pedia otro documento me enoje le dije cada que iba me pedian otros documentos que de que se trataba tube que estar molesto para que hicieran el trámite les gusta hacer perder el tiempo de la gente a y no vallan a las 3 por que a esa hora les urge salir a las empleadas y te hacen todo rapido o te ponen pretextos de documento que te hacen falta

Nada mas porque no puedo emitir una calificación de - 10. Ayer recibí un pésimo trato de una chica, me atendió de manera grosera, hostil, no me dejaba hablar al interrumpirme constantemente. Cero comunicación asertiva. Le comenté a su jefe y me dijo que hablaría con ella, lo cual la verdad creo que terminó por no hacer, ojalá lean estos comentarios y caigan en cuenta que su trabajo es apoyar y atender a la població, no ser groseros y si no les gusta su trabajo (el cual no consiguieron por cualidades sino por palancas) que cambie de trabajo.
