★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden rápido, si hay fila por lo general para aclaraciones pero el tiempo de espera es mejor a un hora lo malo tienes que esperar en el sol, para pagos por lo general no hay fila .
They serve you quickly, if there is a line usually for clarifications but the waiting time is better at one hour, the bad thing you have to wait in the sun, for payments there is usually no line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de los funcionarios, en especial de la licenciada a cargo de la dependencia en esa unidad, te dicen que liquides tu adeudo para proceder a reconectar el servicio y por culpa de la ejecutiva qué no realizó bien su trabajo y de la jefa de ella que es una inepta no me reconectaron el servicio porque aún quedaba un saldo por liquidar. Por favor, pongan funcionarios más eficientes y capacitados para atención a consumidores.
Terrible service of the officials, especially the lawyer in charge of the unit in that unit, they tell you to settle your debt to proceed to reconnect the service and because of the executive who did not do her job well and the head of her which is inept, they didn't reconnect the service because there was still a balance to be settled. Please put more efficient and trained officials for customer service.
