The treatment is PATHETIC !! The employees forget that they are not the owners and they have no idea what customer service is, rude, arrogant.

The service is terrible, they never answer the phone, they don't solve doubts, there is no real customer service.

I don't know for what reason, add the phone number if they never answer. I can only say, lousy service and disappointing experience.
