f	fuat ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo mes y medio sin luz. Y todos los dias dicen que lo van a arreglar y al dia siguienye me dicen que no se pudo y llevan a asi mes y medio. Con 11 reportes mas de 30 llamadas y dos visitas a la oficina....nadie me resuelve...y hasta me han dicho que quedo resuelto.. Llego a ver y no hay luz y ahora hasta ellos mismos se llevaron el medidor.....yo ya me sali de mi depa y me fui a mi casa vieja por esa razon. I've been without light for a month and a half. And every day they say they are going to fix it and the next day they tell me that it was not possible and they have been like that for a month and a half. With 11 reports more than 30 calls and two visits to the office .... nobody solves me ... and I have even been told that I am resolved ... I get to see and there is no light and now they even took the meter ... I left my apartment and I went to my old house for that reason.

No informan los requisitos que se necesitas hasta que llega tu turno haciéndote perder el tiempo. Se les fue el sistema y hasta que llega tu turno te dicen que no van a poder atenderte. De los 5 cajeros que tienen, 3 no sirven. Los ejecutivos que atienden no saben su chamba, estan preguntando todo el tiempo a la encargada del lugar. No hay suficientes lugares para esperar sentados y el lugar es pequeño, debido a que tardan muchísimo entre turno y turno. Pésimo y lo peor no queda de otra más que aguantarse porque es la única opción. Terrible service, they have a shift system, but nowhere do they put the next shift and are yelling to see who's next. They do not report the requirements that are needed until your turn comes wasting your time. They lost the system and until your turn comes they tell you that they will not be able to assist you. Of the 5 ATMs they have, 3 are useless. The executives who attend do not know their job, they are asking the manager of the place all the time. There are not enough places to sit and wait and the place is small, as they take so long between shifts. Terrible and the worst there is no choice but to endure because it is the only option.
