★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tipo de la caja 2 es un nefasto, prepotente, grosero y no lee los documentos que se le entregan y luego menciona que no se le entregaron, yo creo no sabe leer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor empresa de México sin lugar a dudas!!! Y cada año va de mal en peor!! Corrupción a todos niveles desde los que alteran los medidores para que no pagues tanto. Los cajeros automáticos una burla para la ciudadanía en la sucursal de guerrero en Irapuato tiene 6 cajeros solo funciona 1 y no da ticket jajajajaja que risa!!! No cabe duda que desde que entro López Obrador al gobierno todas las empresas federales se fueron al caño!!!Asco al mil!!! Solo una estrella le puse para poder escribir.

The ATMs a mockery for citizens in the guerrero branch in Irapuato has 6 ATMs, only 1 works and does not give a ticket hahahahaha, what a laugh !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay 6 cajeros en el lugar, pero solo están en función 3 y de esos solo 1 da recibo; esto pasa casi siempre, ocasionando aglomeración, desesperación y enojo.
There are 6 ATMs in the place, but only 3 are working and of those only 1 gives a receipt; This happens almost always, causing agglomeration, despair and anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 30 días que hice una solicitud de reembolso y nada. Pésima atención, personal sin capacitar y jamás contestan el teléfono de la sucursal y al 071 solo te dicen que vayas a profeco. Mi México lindo!!
It's been more than 30 days since I made a refund request and nothing. Terrible attention, untrained staff and they never answer the phone at the branch and at 071 they only tell you to go to profeco. My beautiful Mexico !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros son muy prácticos para pagar tu recibo aunque algunos están en malas condiciones. El servicio de atención al cliente deja bastante que desear, pues el trato no es amable y no resuelven las dudas del todo. Generalmente está muy concurrido y se atasca, por lo que tienes que hacer cola durante mucho tiempo.
ATMs are very practical to pay your bill, although some are in poor condition. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, since the treatment is not friendly and they do not solve the doubts at all. Generally it is very crowded and gets stuck, so you have to queue for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros para hacer el pago de servicio de luz son muy malos, se encuentran en malas condiciones, no funcionan, tienes que dar el dinero exacto porque el cajero no te regresa el cambio, no acepta tarjetas de ningún tipo y de 6 cajeros existentes solo 1 entrega recibo de pago cosa que es molesta debido a que obliga a la gente a pagar en el cajero que entrega recibo de pago por lo que provoca que se congestione de mucha gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor lugar no hay orden. Abren cuando quieren, atienden mal, no resuelven nada, es una perdida de tiempo, no pasa mucho aquí. Dos personas en una sola ventanilla. Un dizque licenciado oculto en una parte de atrás que no se ve y supuestamente resuelve , pero se tarda. Podrían mejorar?
It is the worst place there is no order. They open when they want, they serve poorly, they don't solve anything, it's a waste of time, not much happens here. Two people at a single window.
