El pasado viernes 14 de agosto
Me ayudaron a realizar un cambio de nombre.
El cual yo sabia q este tramite tarda algo de tiempo para realizarlo.
Mi error presentarme faltando 10 min para las 4 y sin copias de la documentación correspondiente.
Le expuse mi situación a las chikas en atención a cliente.
Y de manera muy amable y servicial me ayudaron con mi tramite. Ahorrandome una segunda vuelta a la sucursal. Ya q soy de tesistan.
La verdad estoy muy agradecida con estas 2 empleadas de cfe que me echaron la mano ?
Más empleados así porfavor!!

Last Friday August 14
They helped me make a name change.
Which I knew that this process takes some time to complete.
My mistake to show up with 10 minutes to 4 and no copies of the corresponding documentation.
I exposed my situation to the chikas in customer service.
And in a very friendly and helpful way they helped me with my paperwork. Saving me a second round to the branch. Since I am from tesistan.
The truth is I am very grateful to these 2 cfe employees who gave me their hand ?
More employees like that please !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debería desaparecer la CFE. El personal es grosero, mal educados y por supuesto es muy evidente su falta de preparación.
Desafortunadamente los mexicanos no tenemos más opciones.
Los trámites son burocráticos y dependen al 100% del humor de quién te atiende. Terrible experiencia!
The CFE should disappear. The staff are rude, rude and of course their lack of preparation is very evident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de un año tratando de quitar la domiciliación del servicio a mi tarjeta bancaria y no hay forma de lograrlo. Yo vivo en Jalisco y ya he hecho dos viajes especialmente para esto y me dicen que en 7 días queda y No es así. Ya no se que hacer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son injustos, me atrasé un día y pagué y dos días después fueron a mi casa, me quitaron el medidor, se les quebró y me reportaron que me estaba colgando y que no tenía medidor, jamás me he colgado y si tenía medidor y además agregaron a mi reporte una foto de otra casa. Eso me tiene muy molesta
Quién sabe a dónde puedo reportar esa injusticia???

They are unfair, I was late one day and I paid and two days later they went to my house, they took my meter, it broke and they reported that I was hanging up and that I didn't have a meter, I have never hung up and if I had a meter and they also added to my report a photo of another house. That has me very upset
Who knows where I can report that injustice???
I am very angry, these men have children and will pay later. karma takes
