Muy mal servicio de años, me quieren cobrar kilos de mas, con evidencia en mano. Se reporto y ya tiene un mes dando vueltas y no refacturan, ademas muy mal trato de la servidora publica. Fallas de voltaje y no hacen ni madres, ademas cables de mi calle muy bajo que provocan cortos y lo ven y les vale, ya se reporto varias veces y nada.

Pésimo y asqueroso servicio, nos cerraron la puerta con seguro y llave 1:29pm, no me quiso atender la señorita "ejecutiva" por qué simplemente se le dio la gana, me había atendido una vez anterior y a base de engaños sin aclarar dudas. Son unos verdaderos ratas

El cajero no considera las monedas como abono cuando se paga, se reporto a la línea cfe y nos sugirieron regresar a reportar directamente a la oficina. Quedé ?? entonces no entiendo la función de su teléfono en linea

Llevo más de 24 horas sin corriente eléctrica y aun no vienen a checar cual es el fallo, pésimo servicio de la cfe, lo peor del caso es que intento marcar al 071 y no me permite hacer la llamada porque tengo paquete y no recarga, procedo a poner la recarga de 100 pesos, llamó al 071 nuevamente, entra la llamada pero me dejan esperando más de 15 min en línea y cuando por fin se deciden en atender mi llamada mi recarga se acaba. Que necesidad hay de pasar por todo esto, enoja ? que no puedan solucionar el problema. Las 10 horas ya pasaron desde que logré hacer el reporte desde la app y ni sus luces.
