Fue para cambio de titular del servicio, previamente había llamado por teléfono para saber los requisitos. Hoy todo salió muy bien, muy rápido, no había más que un cliente más en la sucursal, así que me entendieron prácticamente al momento. La señorita que me atendió fue amable y rápida. Hoy más espero que realmente haya sido una buena experiencia y no sólo Buena suerte, ojalá que ya hayan cambiado de protocolos, eficiencia y personal y por eso hoy todo fue bueno. Ya que la vez anterior que acudí, hace casi dos años, fue todo lo contrario, nucho tiempo de espera, poco personal tardado, y todo para que al final no pudieran hacer mi trámite porque me habían dado incompletos los informes y no contaba con los requisitos que solicitan.
