★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo funciona un cajero, una fila enorme como veinte personas, no hay quien asesore a personas de la 3a edad, eso hace más complicado para ellos el depósito de su pago, para una población como Tizayuca se requiere de más cajeros y sobre todo que acepten pago con efectivo. Tienen tres, uno solo acepta tarjeta, otro efectivo y el ultimo nunca sirve. Para colmo el que acepta efectivo casi nunca tiene cambio para dar y tiene uno que bonificar ese dinero a pago del siguiente recibo. Muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para hacer un trámite tienes q estar 2 horas esperando y en la calle, cuando el calor está en lo más fuerte y solo tiene a dos personas atendiendo y para q te te atiendan tienes q hacer cita, otra no tienen número de telefono para q te reciban tu queja o te den información y solo te dan el 071 y q es difícil q te contesten o no entra la llamada

Para hacer contrato te piden hasta el carnet de vacunación. Antes llame por teléfono para preguntar sobre que documentos debía llevar y me dijeron una cosa, y al llegar a las oficinas te dicen otra cosa distinta. Es muy complicado reunir los casi 10 documentos que te piden.
Filas muy largas, atención mala y pobre por parte de las sritas, la oficial de la entrada súper enojona y mandona.
Al final no me pudieron hacer mi contrato ahí y solo se limitaron a decirme "Pase al teléfono y ahí que le resuelvan", afortunadamente si me ayudaron pero entonces de nada sirve que el personal esté ahí porque no te apoyan.
Ojalá no regrese.
