Si vas a una aclaración te recomiendo lleves tus comprobantes de pago y saques tu histórico, así como tú promedió bimestral para justificar el porqué del incremento. Si no llevas está información sólo te dirán que pagues lo que debes, recuerda que si quieres una bajada extra debes tener todos los pagos al corriente.
