Estas personas estaban quejándose porque su recibo de luz era muy costoso y la "señorita" ni trataba de entenderlos, solo se burlaba de su desesperación por hacerse entender. En la última emergencia (jun2018) cortaron La Luz en toda la cuadra. (Toluca, Mx) Una vecina requiere de aparatos electrónicos para continuar viviendo (esto es real) se niegan a restaurar la energía, la negligencia de esta gente es simplemente inaceptable. Reportar una falla al 071 es desperdiciar minutos, horas al teléfono. Solo para que te cuelguen. Se niegan a proporcionarte ayuda. Probably one of the most mediocre services. They give evasions. They take a long time to resolve emergencies. In the last emergency (June 2018) they cut La Luz in the entire block. (Toluca, Mx) A neighbor requires electronic devices to continue living (this is real) they refuse to restore power, the negligence of these people is simply unacceptable. Y en cuanto a la atención a cliente es nula, las empleadas son groseras, prepotentes y carecen de educación y trato hacia las personas.
