★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una injusticia que sean la única empresa con este servicio tan necesario, como lo es la energía eléctrica. Porque tienen PÉSIMO SERVICIO, llevo dos meses esperando a que me solucionen una problemática y sigo en espera... Lo peor de todo es que vas a las oficinas y dicen que no pueden hacer nada, ¿entonces a quién debo acudir? Se supone que la CFE es quién me brinda el servicio, es quién debería darle servicio al cliente.
It is an injustice that they are the only company with this much needed service, such as electricity. Because they have LOAD SERVICE, I've been waiting for a problem to be solved for two months and I'm still waiting ... The worst of all is that you go to the offices and say they can't do anything, so who should I go to? The CFE is supposed to be the one who gives me the service, it is who should serve the customer.
