★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del centro de atención de clientes de Zumpango me mandan a la subestación Victoria para un estudio de factibilidad, situación ridícula ya que en el lugar donde solicito nuevo contrato hay postes de luz. Pero al llegar a la cita en la subestación existen protocolos devestimenta y calzado y no tuvieron la atención de informarnos. De manera que pierdo la cita y tendré que asistir de nuevo a Zumpango por otra. De manera que calificó de pésima organización para la atención de clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la sucursal zumpango no atienden los ejecutivos son unos flojos y no saben hacer su trabajo hoy estan varias personas aqui desde hace horas y los ejecutivos no estan andan almorzando o viendo su face book por favor contraten gente competente no la bola de inutiles que estan en esta sucursal
