Lo único rescatable es el guardia, quien orienta mejor que los holgazanes en los escritorios. Que ya se solicito mas de 15 dias de espera al llegar el empleado de cfe a mi domicilio, marco al cel de mi esposa, pero como mi esposa no puede bajar rapido las escaleras, el empleado mediocre de cfe, dijo que no podia esperarla ni 5 minutos, (hablando golpeado y que tenia mucho trabajo !! y se retiro ESa es LA manera y forma que nos tratan a los ciudanos los empleados de CFE. YA BASTA !! , desconozco el nombre del servidor si lo supiera lo publicaria, PERO YA BASTA !!! QUE GENTE SIN ACTITUD DE SERVICIO, ESTE EN ESOS PUESTOS. TODAY they would do a meter service at my home. Seguido se va la luz, para restablecer el servicio hasta que quieren, pero para cobrar sí son buenos. ATMs are supposedly available 24 hours a day, however they are closed. Terrible service. Y al contrario, creen que están en la NASA, entre menos cosas, entre menos respuestas y entre menos gente, ellos estarán más felices. La atención es muy lenta y mediocre. Hay mucha gente que no puede utilizar las aplicaciones o no saben, y dejan a la personas mayores sin ayuda desprotegidos y los traen dando vueltas inútiles. Son poco agradecidos con el puesto de trabajo que es del sector público. Si no trabajan como debe ser a la calle!!! Basta de tanto mediocre.
