★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar indispensable para el pago del servicio, sin embargo, al ir a pagar, 3 o 4 cajeros automáticos no funcionan, por ese motivo se ocasionan enormes filas. El encargado de la sucursal debe poner especial atención y resolver de inmediato el mal funcionamiento de los cajeros.
Aún con las opciones de domiciliación de pago, o a través del celular, la gente prefiere pagar acudiendo a los cajeros automáticos, y hacer filas de hasta una hora, y eso lo deben considerar los gerentes de sucursales, revisando que las máquinas funcionen.
It is an indispensable place for the payment of the service, however, when going to pay, 3 or 4 ATMs do not work, for that reason huge rows are caused. The branch manager should pay special attention and immediately resolve the malfunction of the ATMs.
Even with the direct debit options, or through the cell phone, people prefer to pay by going to the ATMs, and making lines of up to an hour, and that should be considered by branch managers, checking that the machines work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente el uso de cajeros todos funcionando correctamente, tiempo espera cuando hay mucha fila, alrededor de 15 mins, si no hay mucha fila o no hay es casi inmendiato, por la cantidad de cajeros, excelente!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimo. No te solucionan los problemas la verdad. Los cajeros siempre dos están descompuestos. Y si bien te ayudan a los que donas.. Siempre están ahí pidiendo dinero.. Y vaya que les damos dinero. Ojalá también pusieran ahí en que lo gastan.. Por que años apoyando pero no muestran en que.. Un cartel. Con fotos no estaría mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 6/09/2021 hice un reporte para cambio de medidor y hasta la fecha no an venido solo vinieron pero a cortar la luz el día 25/01/2022 que por falta de pago siendo que yo fui el día 8/12/2021 a preguntar como iba hacer los pagos
