Y los trabajadores nadie te dice cuál es de tarjeta y cuál de efectivo para pagar los únicos q te dan la mano en decirte cuál cajero jala don los franeleros a ellos deberían de darles un sueldo y no a las q están disque trabajando hay x q aparte te atienden de mala gana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay cajeros para pago en efectivo esto afecta a la mayoría de los clientes, eso sí son muy buenos para cortar la luz si no pagas a tiempo y se tardan semanas en volverte a conectar la luz, cada vez está peor empresa monopolica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio y atención al cliente, una bsura completa, el personal pintado, solo existe. Cajeros abajo solo reciben tarjetas, cajeros arriba solo reciben sin cambio superior a 200$ y 5 mujeres en el celular sin hacer nada.
The service and customer care, a complete rubbish, the painted staff, just exists. Downstairs cashiers only receive cards, upstairs cashiers only receive more than $200 without change and 5 women on the cell phone without doing anything.
