★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena tarde, no contestan en el 071 he intentado tener contacto por màs de una hora y hay una urgente emergencia en Col Seminario, Municipio Toluca, en el Estado de México Calle Lago Ladoga casi esquina Abelardo Rodrìguez. A las 5 pm del dìa de hoy 06/07/2020. Un cable de alta tensión se quemò a 10 metros de un transformador. Quedo en forma de flor y se observa que esta a punto de romperse; el tema es que en caso de que se rompa va a seguir sacando luz azul como esta ahora con la lluvia, pasan niños y en sobre la Calle Lago Ladoga hay una pequeña tienda. Todos los vecinos hemos tratado de contactares al 071 sin éxito urge su asistencia al lugar Gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de escritorio, he venido varias veces en diferentes meses para diferentes temas y nunca resuelven nada, urge que manden a su personal a capacitación son incompetentes y tienen una pésima actitud incluyendo a su jefa de atención a clientes; se burlan de la gente mayor (lo vi y escuche) y le hacen perder el tiempo, los mejores empleados de ese sitio son su personal de seguridad, todos los demás ineficientes y arrogantes
Terrible desk service, I have come several times in different months for different issues and they never solve anything, they urgently send their staff to training, they are incompetent and have a terrible attitude including their customer service manager; they make fun of older folks (I saw and heard) and waste their time, the best employees on that site are their security personnel, everyone else inefficient and arrogant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leí malos comentarios de este lugar, sin embargo mi experiencia fue muy buena, desde el guardia que te recibe hasta la señorita que me atendió, todos muy amables y con una sonrisa. El trámite lo realicé de manera muy rápida y eficiente, así que en mi experiencia es un lugar excelente y todo el personal con el que trate, fue muy atento y amable.
I read bad comments about this place, however my experience was very good, from the guard who greets you to the lady who attended me, all very friendly and with a smile. I carried out the process very quickly and efficiently, so in my experience it is an excellent place and all the staff I dealt with were very attentive and friendly.
