★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a cerrar el contrato, y me piden copia de mi identificación. No tenia, pero si piden esos requisitos deben tener las facilidades ya que CFE lo pide.
I came to close the contract, and they ask me for a copy of my identification. I did not have it, but if they ask for these requirements, they must have the facilities since CFE asks for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre realizo pagos en la cobradora automática, antes tenía condiciones mas óptimas ya que de las dos cobradoras que había, ahora solo funciona una aunque se atoran los recibos de pago, pero es cuestión de jalarlos con cuidado. En lo personal solo he tenido un problema, por lo que les haré una recomendación: Lleven billetes extras porque a veces rechaza los que están arrugados, rotos o maltratados.
I always make payments in the automatic collection machine, before it had more optimal conditions since of the two collection machines that existed, now only one works even though the payment receipts are jammed, but it is a matter of carefully pulling them. Personally I have only had one problem, so I will make a recommendation: Take extra bills because sometimes it rejects those that are wrinkled, broken or mistreated.
