★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pocas veces me han quitado el tiempo tanto como me lo han quitado para poder contratar un servicio sencillo. Solo cambiar el nombre del recibo. Es una pena que me hayan hecho regresar 6 veces a la sucursal de CFE con unas señoritas cuyo trabajo parece desagradarles tanto que su atención al cliente es una tortura. Sin duda la situación se presta a pensar que lo que necesitan es una mordida, para el caso sería mejor que establecieran la cuota y así no quitar el tiempo a la mayoría de las persoas que asiste con un problema. También es una pena el no poder reportar en ningun lado a tan finas personas, porque aparentemente son intocables.

It is a pity that they have made me return 6 times to the CFE branch with some ladies whose work they seem to dislike so much that their customer service is torture.
