★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos desconsiderados, ya teniendo todo lo necesario para tramitar un nuevo contrato me piden fotos impresas, las fui a conseguir, se las entrego, no hacía falta ya nada y salen con sus tonterías de que el horario de atención ya había terminado que es de 9 a 12, yo llegue ahí 12:15 y ya no me quisieron atender, son desconsiderados, pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo es posible... Voy a pagar mi recibo en el cajero y solo funciona uno. Llevo más de una hora formado. Pero si no se paga inmediatamente cortan la luz. Que poca madre tienen los de CFE que no puedan mantener activos todos sus cajeros y servicios y que no culpen a la pandemia porque esto ha Sido desde que privatizaron la compañía de luz y fuerza. A ver qué respuesta o seguimiento dan a mí queja
