All the government services are terrible, this one from CFE, worse, the field workers are liars, they never come to the home to reconnect the service and they say that there is no access for the reconnection, but if there was access for them to cut off the service, they have no mother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El la magueyito de cfe no habia en las impresoras papel para impresion de ticket de pago. Mal servicio muy mal no hay calidad deatencion al cliente pero eso si son buenisimos para cortar y cobrar.
The cfe magueyito had no paper in the printers to print payment receipts. Bad service, very bad, there is no quality of customer service, but they are very good at cutting and collecting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dirigí al centro de atención al cliente de CFE, donde me atendió una señora llamada: V. J., quien me dio una pésima atención al cliente, siempre diciendo que la sacó del sistema y que ya había acabado el tiempo de atención y que no podía hacer nada para resolver el problema. Además, el servicio de atención al cliente es muy malo, deja a más de 50 clientes haciendo fila en la parte exterior del lugar, con todo el calor y dolor del sol.
I went to the CFE customer service center, where I was attended by a lady named: VJ, who gave me terrible customer service, always saying that she took it out of the system and that the service time had already expired and that she could not do nothing to solve the problem. In addition, the customer service is very bad, leaving more than 50 customers queuing outside the place, in all the heat and pain of the sun.
