G	Gloria García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E acudido 4 veces a realizar una aclaración de un saldo que ya pague en el 2016 en un cfematico y ya presente mi comprobante de pago aún que el ejecutivo me dijo que ya estaba la aclaración me indican via sms que me cortaran el servicio, en el 071 me indican acudir nuevamente al centro de atencion y aún que el empleado me confirmó que la hora de cierre de la oficina es a las 5pm y en la puerta indica lo mismo y yo llegue a las 4 a la oficina ya no me permitieron el acceso. No te dejes…estos salieron más rateros que todos los anteriores. Sugerencia No pongas diablos, mejor aplica reglas de consumo mínimo de energía en tu hogar y observa que tu familia las aplique. Cambia tus focos por led y desconecta los equipos que no estás utilizando, en tu recibo verás reflejado el uso responsable de la energía.
