the service is horrible ... they never answer the calls to give information or help ... so what do they pay then ???

Cuando tenemos un pésimo servicio de electrificación pero aún peor a la hora de pagar los cajeros (cefematicos) por lo regular con la leyenda "fuera de servicio"... Es como para reírse verdad????
Pues sólo resta aguantar y seguir aguantando
I don't know how you can keep proclaiming "a world class company
When we have a terrible electrification service but even worse when it comes to paying the ATMs (cefematicos) usually with the legend "out of service" ... It's like laughing right ????
Well, it only remains to hold on and keep holding on
