★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no saben escuchar a las personas que solicitan respuesta a sus dudas, no dan información congruente y correcta, mala actitud con las personas mayores, prepotentes, no hay un buen líder o jefe que ponga orden, enseñe a su personal a brindar trato digno y correcto a los usuarios, mal servicio, eso sí, tomando café en su espacio de trabajo, riendo y murmurando entre ellos frente a las personas, que se supone deben brindar respeto y dar una buena atención, peor aún no dan solución a nada. Cierran su ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE enviándote a PROFECO. La estrella es para las instalaciones, porque de nada sirve tener excelente área de trabajo, sino se sirve en ellas.
Terrible service, they do not know how to listen to people who ask for answers to their questions, they do not give consistent and correct information, bad attitude with older people, arrogant, there is no good leader or boss who puts order, teaches your staff to treat dignified and correct to users, bad service, yes, drinking coffee in their work space, laughing and murmuring among themselves in front of people, who are supposed to offer respect and give good attention, worse still they do not solve anything . They close their CUSTOMER SERVICE by sending you to PROFECO. The star is for the facilities, because it is useless to have an excellent work area, but it is served in them.
