★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es nefasta, se niegan a atenderme y a ayudarme en la elaboración de mis trámites, el área del 071 me dió unos requisitos para hacer el cambio me nombre usando el predial, y en la oficina se negaron y me dieron escusas incoherentes con tal de no hacer los trámites, no hay encargado de oficina responsable de los trabajadores. La que nos atendió se niega a dar su nombre. Por favor pongan mucha atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace meses es un caos realizar el pago de servicios en esta sucursal. Sólo funciona un cajero automático y olvídate si alguien se traba en su manejo. Es la única opción en toda la región. Si la aplicación no funciona, cómo se está haciendo costumbre... Pues te aguantas. Saludos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio y atención NEFASTA. Dan por concluido un servicio cuando ni siquiera lo han atendido, uno tiene que estar sobre ellos para que hagan bien su trabajo. Es impresionante su ineptitud.

En mi nuevo contrato de luz me querían dejar un C.P. diferente al que realmente debe de tener, con la justificación que ellos ponen el C.P. que corresponde a su ruta de circuito de alimentacion.
Después de que ponen el C.P. que ellos quieren, el INE te pide un comprobante de Luz de la CFE para comprobar dirección, misma que está errónea debido al código postal. O sea también el INE te pone un C.P. distinto al que debería de tener.
Que lástima que dos dependencias de gobierno federal no tengan la comunicación e información correcta que les puede proporcionar la oficina de correos de cada entidad.

MARTA LOPEZ,a representative mentioned that meters are not installed where they are supposed to be(installed in wrong address), CFE is not trying to help what so ever. Very bad experience
