No funcionan todos los cajeros y después de cierta hora , ya en la noche , solo reciben pago con tarjeta.

Pésimo servicio, atención a clientes inaceptable, en sucursales es perder 4 horas como mínimo en filas, aplicacion funciona intermitentemente, dificultad en todo aspecto y debería ser lo contrario debido a que es un servicio básico.

Es frustrante que cada que vengo a esta sucursal siempre hay algún detalle con con los cajeros. Pésimo, solo buscando como hacer más complicadas las cosas para pagar el servicio, pongo una estrella porque no hay opción para poner 0

Pésimo servicio, no vienen a arreglar y hasta bloquearon el número para ya no recibir llamadas. Llevan casi un mes y no hacen nada.
Terrible service, they don't come to fix it and they even blocked the number to no longer receive calls. It's been almost a month and they don't do anything.

Este mes me salio el triple de luz al ir al Servicio al cliente no son empaticos no te dan solución o alguna recomendación de que hacer, solo te disen que consumiste mucho luz porque instalaste o usaste mucho algun apatato elect y segun va a mejorar rico y de ahi no los sacas.
This month I got triple the electricity when I went to Customer Service, they are not empathetic, they do not give you a solution or any recommendation of what to do, they only tell you that you consumed a lot of electricity because you installed or used a lot of some electrical appliance and according to how it will improve rich and you don't get them from there.

Mas de 7 meses esperando cambio de medidor por aumento de voltaje de 110 a 220v, cancelaron los 3 reportes que me elaboraron segun porque "...la cuadrilla asistio al domicilio pero el interruptor estaba en el interior de la propiedad...", pues claro que esta dentro de la propiedad o quieres que lo tenga en la banqueta para que cualquier persona pueda afectarme en el servicio? ya habian verificado instalacion y solo ocupaban cambiar el medidor el cual esta en el exterior, la "solucion" que me dieron es que fuera nuevamente a sucursal a realizar el tramite

todas las estupideces que nos hacen a los usuarios, son para obligarnos a pagar con la inche aplicacion...Acaso creen que todo mundo tiene internet...acaso creen que todos tienen cuenta de banco para pagar en línea.. dejense de mmdas. manden puntualmente los recibos a domicilio. y que se pueda lagar en los oxxos dando solo el numero de servicio...asi es mas facil darles el pago...uleros.
all the stupid things they do to us users are to force us to pay with the inche application... Do they believe that everyone has internet... do they believe that everyone has a bank account to pay online... stop mum. promptly send receipts home. and that you can press in the oxxos giving only the service number... that way it is easier to give them the payment... uleros.
