De las 8:00 a las 10:00 horas siempre tienen cerrado sin atender a los usuarios, porque se encierran para desayunar.
Y dejan al personal de limpieza en el área de atención a clientes sin hacer nada y solo responde que el personal se encuentra en una reunión.
Y todo ese tiempo los usuarios se encuentran formados en la banqueta, bajo el rayo del sol, de pie.
Terrible service and attention from the staff who work there.
From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. they are always closed without attending to users, because they are locked up for breakfast.
And they leave the cleaning staff in the customer service area doing nothing and just reply that the staff is in a meeting.
And all that time the users are standing on the sidewalk, under the sun's rays.
