★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es eficiente, pero el tiempo que toma pagar un recibo es demasiado, a causa de eso las filas se hacen largas. Y en contingencia es mucho peor.
The customer service is efficient, but the time it takes to pay a receipt is too long, because of that the lines get long. And in contingency it is much worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían poner algún número de teléfono para comunicarse…pésimo que por alguna falla, ay que ir personalmente hasta a las instalaciones DÉMOSLE EL USO DEBIDO A LA TECNOLOGÍA!!
They should put a phone number to communicate ... terrible that due to some failure, oh you have to go personally to the facilities LET'S GIVE IT THE DUE USE OF THE TECHNOLOGY!
