★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente han dejado caer mucho este parque,se encuentra en muy malas condiciones de aseo y lo llenaron de vehículos sin ton ni son cuando decidieron usarlo como corralón se ve horriblemente
 Unfortunately they have let this park fall a lot, it is in very poor cleanliness conditions and they filled it with vehicles without rhyme or reason when they decided to use it as a corralón it looks horribly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención a los clientes , la ejecutiva que estaba me dijo que no podía atender mi solicitud por qué en dos días salían de vacaciones .... O sea dos días ???? y en ese tiempo no pueden atender las solicitudes ? Parece que les vas a pedir un favor , cuando claramente es su trabajo.
Very poor customer service, the executive who was there told me that she could not attend to my request because they would go on vacation in two days.... That is, two days???? and in that time they cannot attend the requests? It sounds like you're going to ask them for a favor, when it's clearly their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pesados en el servicio, si vas en viernes cierran las cajas 3:30 alegando que su horario es hasta las 4pm.
Atienden como si hicieran un favor en cobrarte o darte los recibos que no llegan por correo o no puedes descargar por la app
El gerente se hace el que no escucha a los ejecutivos y no resuelve ni ayuda a dar soluciones apesar de estar a unos pasos de los escritorios de los ejecutivos.
Triste pero cierto. Los policías de la entrada proporcionan mejor la información y resuelven las dudas de manera rápida, eficaz y muy amablemente mejor que el gerente.
Very heavy on the service, if you go on Friday they close the boxes at 3:30, claiming that their hours are until 4pm.
They attend as if they were doing a favor in charging you or giving you the receipts that do not arrive by mail or you cannot download through the app
The manager pretends that he does not listen to the executives and does not solve or help to give solutions despite being a few steps from the executives' desks.
Sad but true. The policemen at the entrance provide better information and solve doubts quickly, efficiently and very kindly better than the manager.
