Para arreglar asuntos les aconsejo que hagan las cuentas manualmente o pidan apoyo a una persona que conozca del tema, porque el SISTEMA se equivoca al hacer ajustes y el personal solo se basa en él y no quieren pensar. Si no les llega el recibo, les aconsejo sacar una foto del medidor junto con el periódico del día (así lo piden) imprimirlo y llevarlo, ya que ellos se excusan y mandan un recibo "aproximado", al cual el sistema hace supuestos ajustes al siguiente bimestre y de todas formas suelen ser muy altos. Exijan que el verificador haga su trabajo en tiempo y forma.
