★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor Alanís de la ventanilla 4 fue poco paciente en atenderme. Fui a cambiar un medidor, el cual ya un técnico de la compañia había venido a mi domicilio, lo revisó y me confirmó que estaba mal y que habría que cambiarlo. Llevé el aparato a ventanilla y el señor Alanís me preguntó que tenía el aparato, lo conectó y me dijo que estaba bien y que no había necesidad de cambiarlo, además de señalarme que yo no sabía usarlo. Su actitud fue muy cerrada no oía lo que yo le quería decir y me interrumpía. Contradijo al técnico y a las personas que me apoyaron de servicio 071. Le pedí hablar con su supervisor y me dijo que sólo está de 8 a 9 de la mañana. Deberían de capacitarlo para saber atender a los clientes. Mal servicio de esta persona y que no haya quién cubra al supervisor en su ausencia.
 Mr. Alanís at window 4 was not very patient in assisting me. I went to change a meter, which a technician from the company had already come to my home, checked it and confirmed that it was wrong and that it would have to be changed. I took the device to the window and Mr. Alanís asked me what the device was, he connected it and told me that it was fine and that there was no need to change it, in addition to pointing out that I did not know how to use it. His attitude was very closed, he did not hear what I wanted to say and he interrupted me. He contradicted the technician and the people who supported me from the 071 service. I asked him to speak to his supervisor and he told me that he is only available from 8 to 9 in the morning. They should be trained to know how to serve customers. Bad service from this person and that there is no one to cover the supervisor in his absence.
