★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en ventanilla es muy lento, si tienes algún problema o duda con tu cuenta no te saben resolver hasta que llega el licenciado "si llega". Por parte de los cajeros automáticos unos fallan y otros casi siempre están ocupados haciendo unas filas muy largas.
 The service at the window is very slow, if you have a problem or doubt with your account they do not know how to solve it until the licensee arrives "if he arrives". On the part of the ATMs, some fail and others are almost always busy making very long lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de poner un número de celular para que uno marque y de su queja de que nos dejan sin luz los fines de semana ???? cómo uno que trabaja tiene que lavar en la semana y ellos cortan la luz en la pradera entrando por gala cómo no la cortan entre semana
They should put a cell phone number for you to dial and their complaint that they leave us without power on weekends ???? how someone who works has to wash during the week and they cut off the power in the meadow coming in for a gala how they don't cut it during the week

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio suele ser malo acercándose a pésimo. En reiteradas ocasiones he pagado en el cajero automático sin que éste imprima un recibo. De hecho, en el cubículo de cajeros automáticos sólo funcionan dos de los tres, además de que habitualmente están sucios y adolecen de un evidente deterioro. La atención en área de recepción suele ser mala y pocas veces brindan soluciones adecuadas. Finalmente, el estacionamiento es insuficiente, lo que obliga a utilizar el estacionamiento de Soriana, con el riesgo de ser asaltado en ese trayecto.
The service is usually bad approaching lousy. On several occasions I have paid at the ATM without it printing a receipt. In fact, only two of the three work in the ATM cubicle, and they are usually dirty and clearly deteriorated. The service in the reception area is usually poor and they rarely provide adequate solutions. Finally, there is insufficient parking, which forces you to use the Soriana parking lot, with the risk of being robbed on that journey.
