Terrible service, there is no commitment or professionalism. They attend the reports when they feel like it no matter how many weeks of delay the reports have !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo acudí a tramitar mi nuevo medidor, el servicio fue rápido y muy claro, incluso las pancartas explican las razones por las cuales podrían rechazar la instalación del medidor. Creo que sería bueno contar con fotografías reales ahí en la oficina que ejemplifiquen los conceptos de la pancarta como mufa, varilla de tierra, cableado necesario, etc. Ya que te piden fotos de esas cosas pero no te explican con claridad cómo deberían verse.
I went to process my new meter, the service was fast and very clear, even the banners explain the reasons why they could reject the installation of the meter. I think it would be nice to have real photographs there in the office that exemplify the concepts of the banner such as mufa, earth rod, necessary wiring, etc. Since they ask for photos of those things but they do not explain clearly how they should look.
