★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, te dan diferente información cada uno. Me atendió Cynthia, una tipa grosera y amargada. Una experiencia que solo me hace pensar en que lamentablemente en México el servicio al cliente es muy malo y en CFE peor.
Terrible attention, they give you different information each. I was attended by Cynthia, a rude and bitter tipa. An experience that only makes me think that unfortunately in Mexico, customer service is very bad and in CFE worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pensé que el IMSS era lento para la atención, aquí no se quedan atrás... personal apático sin sentido de urgencia para agilizar la fila.
Tengo más de una hr y sólo han pasado 2 personas y hay tres en escritorio atendiendo, te dan turno pero uno debe preguntar haber de quien sigue porque no hay ningún marcador que indique turno y en el módulo de atención...
If I thought the IMSS was slow for attention, here they are not far behind ... apathetic staff without a sense of urgency to speed up the line.
I have more than one hour and only 2 people have passed and there are three at the desk, they give you a turn but one should ask who is next because there is no marker that indicates a turn and in the attention module ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Una fila eterna... Te dicen 6 min de espera y se tardan mas de una hora. Dejan pasar a personas(amigos y conocidos) sin número. Y los empleados muy tratados y se pasean muchísimo y eso retrasa el servicio.
Terrible service. An eternal line ... They tell you 6 min of waiting and take more than an hour. They let people (friends and acquaintances) pass without a number. And the employees are very treated and walk a lot and that delays the service.
