★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, de que sirve que cuenten con linea telefónica si la gente que debe de contestar te cuelga para no dar la atención, uno quiere contratar el servicio y ustedes simplemente no ayudan por eso hay tanta gente robándose la luz, pero que tal a la hora de levantar multas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manifiesto mi inconformidad por la actitud prepotente de cuatro empleados de CFE que al presentarse a mi domicilio sin identificación con sus nombres cambiaron el medidor viejo sin socializar ni explicar a pesar de mi inconformidad ya que yo no había solicitado el cambio. Solicito se vuelva a instalar el antiguo medidor y ya que socialicen hagan el cambio ordenadamente.
I express my dissatisfaction with the arrogant attitude of four CFE employees that when they came to my home without identification with their names, they changed the old meter without socializing or explaining despite my disagreement since I had not requested the change. I request that the old meter be reinstalled and as they socialize make the change in an orderly manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el 071 es poco probable que te contesten y sí tienes suerte te toman la llamada pero no sirve el sistema para levantar el reporte pero sí logras registrar la falla no la atienden.
In 071 it is unlikely that they will answer you and if you are lucky they take the call but the system is not useful to raise the report but if you manage to register the failure they do not answer it.
