Since I changed to Tesistán (9 years) the power has gone off about a hundred times. Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las ejecutivas se la pasan en el celular y están poca atentas a demás de tener una actitud pesimistas no ayudan a los clientes. Nunca hay sistema para un servicio de luz nuevo , y si no te paras tu para preguntar ellas no se acercan
The executives spend their time on their cell phones and are not very attentive, apart from having a pessimistic attitude, they do not help the clients. There is never a system for a new electricity service, and if you don't stop to ask, they don't come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son 8:25 y aún no abren, se supone q es a las 8:15 cuando abren, y el personal dentro de un cuarto mientras los clientes toman el sol... Muy mal
It's 8:25 and they still don't open, it's supposed to be 8:15 when they open, and the staff inside a room while the clients sunbathe... Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice contratación para mi local, nunca llego el recibo, hablo para ver cuanto es el adeudo y me dicen que ya hay orden de corte de luz, que no lo pueden cancelar, pago la "reconexión" y me dicen que en dos días van. Necesitamos alternativas a CFE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es deficiente por parte de los funcionarios y los cajeros para pagar la luz de la parte de afuera están deteriorados y sucios, a veces sirven y a veces no. Voy a éste porque es el más cercano que me queda pero es pésimo ese CFE
