★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen solo dos cajeros automáticos, y solo funciona uno generalmente el de afuera. El que está adentro solo permiten el acceso cuando se les da la gana. En lugar que los empleados de CFE que están dentro en la oficina den la cara al público que deseamos pagar nuestros consumos, lo hacen lo de seguridad en cuanto a que los cajeros no funcionan. Total es una empresa de tercer mundo.
 They only have two ATMs, and only one works, usually the one outside. The one inside only allow access when they feel like it. Instead of the CFE employees who are inside the office facing the public that we want to pay for our consumption, they do the security thing that the ATMs do not work. Total is a third world company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimos, su cajero de afuera "se descompone a propósito", fui a pagar 215 pesos, llevaba 2 billete de 100 y 3 moneda de 5 pesos, solo llegué a insertar 205, los 10 restantes no los acepto, la pantalla se puso en blanco con una x roja y el mensaje de fuera de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia es la siguiente: hay bastante gente en la fila, pides ayuda para pagar en los cajeros y no te la proporcionan tuvo que apoyarme una amable persona que también estába formada. No hay suficiente personal para atender tanta gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horario Lunes a viernes 8 a 4:30pm, cuenta con una bahía para estacionarse , hay 2 cajeros internos y uno externo para pago de servicio, así como pago con tarjeta en ventanilla. Me atendieron rápido, cordial y eficientemente. Mi trámite quedó listo en 15mins.
