They close at 5 to be attended you have to arrive 1 hour before pq at 5 they leave

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo regular para un trámite con algún Ejecutivo tardas de 40 minutos a una hora. Por lo regular nada mas hay uno por sucursal de CFE.
Usually for a procedure with an Executive it takes 40 minutes to an hour. Usually there is only one per CFE branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio quería cambiar el nombre del contrato y me dijeron que ellos no hacían eso servicio y me mandaron a la sucursal del boulevard Triana y en esa sucursal me atendieron mejor y me dijeron que también ellos podían hacer ese servicio
Terrible service I wanted to change the name of the contract and they told me that they did not do that service and they sent me to the Triana boulevard branch and in that branch they treated me better and they told me that they could also do that service
