★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice el trámite para agregar mi rfc al recibo. Lo único que me pidieron fue el no. De servicio. En ese momento los agregaron y se supone que al siguiente corte aparecerá en mi recibo. La atención excelente, no tardé más de 5 minutos. Esta muy cerca del metro mixcoac.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una señorita de Cfe que está en escritorios llamada Claudia Hernández de la sucursal de Mixcoac., para estar trabajando en atención y servicio a cliente es pésima, su tono de voz horrible, no te da la información completa y te da a entender que uno es tonto cuando ella tampoco da la información clara y genera que haya un conflicto, pésimo por ese lado, su atención es fría y cerrada. Pésimo servicio al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienda que cuenta con horario Sábados y Domingos para el pago de la Luz en sus cajeros automáticos, estos no dan cambio mayor a $150. Asi que si tú recibo es menor de $350 y deseas pagar con billete de $500, no acepta el pago. Recomiendo una limpiadita al lugar, muy sucio y descuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a esta sucursal por parte de CFE para realizar un contrato de servicio, en general el servicio un poco lento como en varias otras sucursales, me atendieron rápido, en cuanto al trato fue bueno, me facilitaron los requisitos y la forma de pago, hice 2 visitas más para cumplir los requisitos solicitados y Alfin pude realizar mi contratacion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal… lleguen por lo menos 20 min antes del cierre porque si no ya no los atienden… porque como tarda el trámite los consultores no se quedan un minuto más…ojalá tuvieran más vocación de servicio y como en tooodos los lugares si llegas antes de la hora de cierre te tienen que atender!! Yo llegue 10 min antes y ya no me dejaron ni entrar… en fin…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es raro encontrar un lugar con servidores públicos que te atiendan bien en la actualidad. Por regla general te toca alguien frustrado y jetón que te atiende con desgana y eso después de largas esperas.
Fue una grata sorpresa descubrir que en esta sucursal de la CFE las cosas son diferentes. Desde que llegue recibí indicaciones claras por parte del policía, entré a la sucursal prácticamente vacía (jueves a las 10:00am) y tomé mi turno para ser atendido. Sorpresivamente me llamaron inmediatamente a un escritorio, el del número 3 donde estaba atendiendo Veronica Cardenas.
Necesitamos más servidores públicos como ella: amable, eficiente, rápida. Fui a hacer cambio de nombre del recibo de la luz que no es cualquier trámite y en 15 minutos ya había acabado.
Quedé encantado con la atención que recibí. No es normal en CDMX que te atiendan así.
Felicidades a Verónica y a la sucursal de la CFE. Sigan así!

We need more public servants like her: friendly, efficient, fast. I went to change the name of the electricity bill, which is not just any procedure and in 15 minutes it was over.
I was delighted with the attention I received. It is not normal in CDMX that they treat you like this.
