Lugar un poco sucio al exterior. Al interior de las instalaciones está bien. No vine por atención personalizada, solo cajero de pago.

El servicio es pésimo, ya son casi 24 Hrs y no hacen la reinstalación del servicio el cual se venció por qué no hacen llegar un recibo al domicilio

Buen servicio pero falta mas cajeros mas de 3 cajeros sin funcionar solo 2 por eso se hace fila para pagar deberían estar funcionando todos para agilizar los pagos

tengo direccionado a la targeta el pago y por alguna razon el banco no lo hizo, me crtaron la luz a las 00 horas del dia que se vencia, yo hubiera esperado que al ser digital el medidor asi como lo cortaron tambien lo reinstalaran, como nunca me lo han cortado pregunte a una vecina y me dijo que fuera a la sucursal y que ahi me darian una targeta par que yo lo ingresara al medidor y lo activara, pues asi lo hicimos y no fue asi nos dieron un recibo para cobrarnos la reinstalacio, ya son 3 dias y aun no tengo luz y toda la comida del refrigerador se hecho a perder. Son unos flojos e irresponsable que no les interes el usuario. Ese es el problema cuando hay monopolio creen que nos hacen el favor por un servicio que nos estan cobrando.

They are lazy and irresponsible who are not interested in the user. That is the problem when there is a monopoly, they believe that they are doing us a favor for a service that they are charging us.

El servicio siempre es de muy mala calidad y son muy mala carientos como si les estuvieras haciendo un favor a ellos!!! Los cajeros dejan de funcionar especialmente los fines de semana y no hay quien los repare!!! Deberían tener a alguien quien pueda ayudar a personas que no saben cómo utilizar los cajeros!!! Si no van a dar un buen servicio o no les gusta el trabajo que hacen ahi? Deberían conseguirse otro trabajo. O los jefes deberían poner a alguien que si le guste el " Servicio Al Cliente".
The service is always very bad quality and they are very bad carientos as if you were doing them a favor !!! The ATMs stop working especially on weekends and there is no one to repair them !!! They should have someone who can help people who don't know how to use ATMs !!! If they are not going to give a good service or do they not like the work they do there? They should get another job. Or the bosses should put someone who does like "Customer Service".
