Incredible tour. Mr. Agustín García is the best tour. He is a very prepared person who loves nature. He is certified in diving and has a degree as an environmental engineer. It explains the entire lagoon in detail and gives you a lot of historical context of the place. Without a doubt when I return I will look for him one more time. I was super happy

Very good service and a good explanation of everything concerning the lagoon along the route.

We did the tour proposed by Chaac Ja'tours at the end of the day last Wednesday. Edgar accompanied us to fetch water before leaving. The ballad lasts 3 hours globally and provides a good overview of the entire lagoon and its cenotes. The captain of the boat explains the history of the lagoon, gives us details on the nature and preservation of the local environment. Several times (adjustable) allow everyone to enjoy swimming on the most beautiful places of the lagoon. As a bonus, it was the last lap of the day (departure at 16h), so we could enjoy a beautiful sunset. In summary, an excursion with an attentive staff, pleasant and human for excellent value for money (300 pesos per person). Thank you, Laura & Theo

More than a tour it was quite an experience. The quality and duration of the tour in relation to the price is unmatched. The staff is excellent; friendly and fun. Before starting the tour they took us in a van to buy snacks, during the tour they already let us play our music throughout the tour. We visited three cenostes, stromatolites, places of interest in the lagoon, the pirates' channel and an area for exfoliation. The explanations of the sites were good and the time we spent to appreciate each place was ideal. Without a doubt the best experience I had with my friends during our stay in Bacalar. 100% recommendable.

It is an excellent tour since they give you a great and complete tour of 3 cenotes, the island birds and the pirates channel. In the end you can do the "Mayan bath" which consists of exfoliation with mud and sulfur that leaves your skin very soft and beautiful. The captain's attention was excellent, he tells you about the places he takes you, has excellent service and is very nice. RECOMMENDED! ?
