We failed while trying to book. First their page did not work, second the people we talked to, must have been five in total, were unable/unwilling to help. Of course stuff like that can happen, but it simply does not meet the expectations you have.

Amazing hotel, food, spa, staff, etc. Perfect for a romantic get away, but kids will enjoy it as well.

Incredible experience. The grounds are breathtaking, the service wonderful, the food phenomenal and the memories to be cherished for a lifetime. Highly recommend the mayan dinner experience, the mayan celebration ceremony and the spa (everything in the spa). The float, the massages, the body scrub and the facial... they were all insanely relaxing and just what one needs to renew the spirit and soul. So thankful for this place on earth and all of the people that contribute to make this place exist. So much gratitude. Till we meet again, Chablé.

This place is a true lover's paradise!! There's a surprise around every corner. The attention to detail is mue Bueno!!! You have these adorable bikes to skirt all around the property. The spa is aaaahmazing!!!! I recommend the 3 hour experience and go ahead and reserve the room to stay 1 hour longer to add to the experience. I have a few recommendations...1) bring extra lotions, ibuprofen, etc....there is no store to purchase items. We had a situation where we needed cortisol cream..it cost us almost $100 by the time we paid someone to go to the nearest town to purchase. 2) Lighting in the rooms is ery dull...which is great except when you're getting ready. 3) There needs to be little lights on the bikes to be able to see at night. They give you flashlights but they don't really work well. All in all...AMAZING experience! Ask for Guadalupe as your server in the main restaurant. He'll take great care of you.

We were staying in Merida but We Went for the day to enjoy the spa and a nice dinner. The food was absolutely amazing and so was the service. One of the most amazing spas I’ve visited in my life. Got a double spa room to do a couples treatment. Definitely do the hydrotherapy first, the pools are amazing. Then we got lucky and had a chance to chat with the sommelier who gave great recommendations for wine and mezcal. He hosts a tequila and mezcal tasting that we weren’t able to do, but the experience sounded educational and one not to miss if you’re staying the night. The bartenders and servers were all so friendly and helpful with recommendations, not just for the resort but for local attractions and cenotes too! We will for sure be back.

Unlike any hotel I’ve ever experienced. You’re instantly transported into a jungle paradise, the rest of the world and worries meltsaway as soon as you step foot at Chable. The grounds are stunning - we spent hours exploring on our bikes through the impressive, immersive and calming property. The service is impeccable, everyone was incredible, knowledgeable and so friendly throughout our stay. We were beyond relaxed here and truly never wanted to leave. Our casita was beautiful, spotless and large, from the jungle showers to the personal pool and room service, we could have been content just in our own little bubble for days. We did several spa treatments and they were unmatched to anything else we’ve ever experienced, the beautiful Mayan ceremony to start our couples experience was so special, and our therapists were magic workers. Don’t skip the hydro-pools! An absolute dream. And the food! After spending a week in Mexico City pigging out on street tacos, so we were thrilled with the healthy and balanced menu options of Ki’ol for daily breakfast and lunch (and heartier if you want!). It’s not your typical “pool side resort” restaurant, and it’s certainly not downgrade from the nicer restaurant Ixi’im- although you must try the tasting menu experience there. We dined at Ixi’im two nights (one regular menu and one tasting) and both were so enjoyable and romantic with wonderful service. The dishes are so unique with local ingredients, you truly won’t find this anywhere else. We also did the Mayan cooking experience and it was such a fun memorable experience, highly recommend! We started our days with morning meditation on the beautiful private Cenote at the spa, it made us city-dwellers feel so at peace and one with nature. Enjoy as time truly slows down for you to savor every moment and experience here. If you have any doubts whatsoever about booking this secluded luxurious romantic resort over being anywhere else (we were looking at Tulum and other beaches in Mexico before luckily finding Chable) do.not.hesitate. Pictures can’t even do the beauty here justice. You will have an unforgettable, one of a kind experience here. We dream of coming back one day soon! Thank you Chable.

This is an old Hacienda (estate), fully refurbished to the glamour it once had. It is about 1.5 hours from Merida depending on traffic, which ends in a small town and a door entrance that doesn’t say much. Once in the grounds you see many roads going to different areas of the estate. The main restaurant has all the walls with displays of bottles of prime tequilas (it could be more than a 1000 bottles), some extremely expensive. Each visitor that stays at the Hacienda has a luxury bungalow, which are all scattered thought an area of the estate and roads can be confusing to get around. The registration building is impressive, which is part of the old house, with beautiful tile designes, and on a side it has a small chapel. All in all a beautiful place to stay or a have a wedding.
