★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La alberca está bien, la organización y el trato de los empleados deja mucho que desear, son muy poco amables. Por ejemplo te tienes que cambiar en un pasillo antes de entrar a la alberca y te dejan esperando afuera, si llegas un poco temprano lo que hace que andes literal parado afuera de la reja. Eso me molesta puesto que podrían ser más empáticos,además podrían ha ver mencionado eso al momento de pagar la mensualidad. La maestra en el caso de matronatación bien. Pero si deja mucho que desear del trato de los empleados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios sumamente elevados para lo que ofrecen. No se nota diferencia entre profesores calificados o cualquier ex alumno. Todo cobran. Ni siquiera hay un calentamiento y el trato en recepción es muy malo, su personal es muy grosero. La supuesta pre evaluación, que por cierto también cobran, es una estupidez, creí que me evaluarían tiempos, clavado, brazadas por minuto etc., pero no, solo te medio ven y listo. Las gorras y uniforme súper caro y obligatorio, dicen que te dan 15 días y luego que no, que es de inmediato. Las instalaciones son buenas sin embargo te tienes que cambiar arriba donde todos te ven. Y por si fuera poco tienes que pagar vía mercado pago, pero si no mandas tu ticket ese día, aunque ya se haya efectuado el pago, te vuelven a cobrar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien cuidado, pero el agua de la alberca siempre está, (por lo menos para clases de matronatación de las 12 pm). El personal administrativo es muy exigente con todo, he visto como más chicas asistentes le hacen caras de desagrado a los niños. Suspenden clases y avisan casi al momento. La verdad no lo recomiendo.

Los profesores son geniales y los compañeros muy amables todos.
Cuentan con muchas medidas de sanidad y sus protocolos de seguridad son buenos.
Tienen todo reglamentado.
El entrenamiento y aprendizaje es muy bueno, por lo cual estoy muy satisfecho.
Cuenta con rampa para personas con diferentes capacidades y también con estacionamiento, aunque ahorita no está habilitado.
Constantemente hacen eventos para fomentar la convivencia y los disfruto bastante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del personal administrativo, te exigen demasiados trámites para el servicio que ofrecen, te obligan a comprar el traje de baño con ellos así como la gorra, la cual debes cambiar cada que te cambien de carril. Te cobran la "prueba de colocación" la cual consiste preguntarte si sabes nadar y que estilos conoces. En mi primer y única clase me enteré que no le pagan a los profesores a tiempo, si tienen esos detalles con su personal no puedes esperar un buen trato como alumno.
Terrible service from the administrative staff, they require too many paperwork for the service they offer, they force you to buy your swimsuit with them as well as the cap, which you must change every time they change lanes.
