★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha falta de responsabilidad por parte de esta empresa. Compre una amasadora de 12 kg y una laminadora de 1 y 1/2. Me dijeron que hacían envíos a todo el país y que llegaría en tiempo y forma. Se tardó casi 1 mes en llegar. Comunicandome con ellos y la empresa de paqueteria 3 guerras todos los días consegui que finalmente llegara. Las 2 llegaron con golpes y averías . Patas dobladas, banda rota, abolladuras. Me dicen que es problema de la paqueteria que tiene seguro. Y en 3 guerras me piden miles de papeles fotos y demás archivos para hacer un reclamo que no lleva a ningún sitio. Yo no dejo de gastar mi tiempo y mi dinero en tratar de resolver algo por lo que ellos no se quieren responsabilizar en lo más mínimo. Ha y la amasadora de 12 kg trae enchapado un cartel que dice 10 kg pero según ellos eso es un error pero la máquina es de 12 kg Después de todo el dinero que gasté en esta compra para empezar mi negocio aunque sea esperaba más seriedad de los fabricantes que después de mucho buscar elegi. Claramente no lo vuelvo a hacer.
A lot of lack of responsibility on the part of this company. Buy a 12 kg mixer and a 1 and 1/2 sheeter. They told me that they made shipments throughout the country and that it would arrive in a timely manner. It took almost 1 month to arrive. Communicating with them and the parcel company 3 wars every day I finally got it to arrive. The 2 arrived with blows and breakdowns. Bent legs, broken band, dents. They tell me it's a problem with the insurance company. And in 3 wars they ask me for thousands of papers, photos and other files to make a claim that leads nowhere. I keep spending my time and money trying to figure something out that they don't want to take the slightest bit of responsibility for. There is and the 12 kg mixer has a plate that says 10 kg but according to them that is an error but the machine is 12 kg After all the money I spent on this purchase to start my business, even if it was I expected more seriousness from the manufacturers that after much searching I chose. Clearly I won't do it again.
