★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little cute place with great food both Mexican and international. The best surprise were the color lattes they have, first time I see these in Tulum.
Location is also perfect if you are visiting the archeological site, definitely stop here before to get a coffee or after for a nice lunch, really convenient and fair prices. Lovely and friendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a fun day exploring Mayan Ruins at the Tulum National park, we were a bit exhausted by the touristy shops and people trying to sell you things. We decided to walk a bit outside of the Archaeological pick-up zone and stumbled upon this cute, delicious gem of a restaurant. The food was genuinely amazing and the atmosphere was perfectly quiet and charming - exactly the non-tourist energy we were looking for.
The reason they don’t have many reviews online is because they’re very new! They’ve only been around for 3 months as of Feb 2021. Don’t let the lack of reviews fool you, as this is such an awesome spot near a fun popular tourist destination.
10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a breakfast spot for our group of 10, and Chalulu Cafe was perfect! They had iced lattes which were perfect on a hot morning. They serve a variety of delicious dishes. We were all very happy with what we ordered! Highly recommend getting pancakes for the table! Cute atmosphere and everyone there was super friendly and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best burrito I have had in Mexico! Delicious, fresh food, great dessert and coffee! Super close to the Tulum ruins. Great place to stop and eat before or after visiting the ruins. Owners are extremely friendly.
